Return Policy (90 Days)

You have 90 days from the date you receive your 3D lenticular phone case to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused

  • Free of scratches, damage, or signs of wear

  • In its original packaging

  • With all included accessories (if applicable)

Proof of purchase may be required.

To start a return, please contact our support team through our official contact form or support channel.
Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to complete the process. In some cases, return shipping instructions or labels may be provided, depending on the country and situation.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate solution (replacement or refund, as applicable).


Returns for Change of Mind

If you decide that you no longer want the product — even if there is nothing wrong with it — you may still request a return within 90 days, provided that:

  • The case is unused

  • It is returned in its original packaging

  • It shows no scratches or damage

In this situation:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for items that:

  • Have been used or altered

  • Are missing original packaging

  • Show damage not caused by manufacturing or shipping

We also do not accept returns for:

  • Final sale items (if applicable)

  • Gift cards

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before sending it back.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different model or variant, the fastest option is to:

  1. Request a return for the original item (if eligible), and

  2. Place a new order for the desired model.


European Union Orders

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you may be entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period, during which you can cancel or return your purchase without providing a reason.

The item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.
(Some exceptions may apply depending on local regulations and product type.)


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing may take up to 10 business days

Please note that banks or payment providers may take additional time to reflect the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund, please contact our support team.
