We do our best to display our heartbeat plush as accurately as possible. However, we do not guarantee that:

• Colors or finishes will look exactly the same on every device.
• Descriptions will be completely free of typographical errors.

4. SAFE USE AND PET PRODUCTS

Our plush is a comfort companion for dogs, not a medical treatment or a substitute for veterinary care. If your dog shows signs of severe anxiety or health issues, please consult a veterinarian. Always supervise your pet, especially during the first uses, and remove the heart device if your dog tries to chew or tear the plush. Keep the heart device out of your pet's reach and follow the instructions included with the product.

5. PRICES AND PAYMENTS

• All prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise.
• Prices may change at any time without prior notice.

We accept the payment methods enabled by Shopify. By placing an order, you guarantee that:

• You are authorized to use the selected payment method.
• The information you provided is correct.

Orders with suspicious or fraudulent payments may be canceled automatically.

6. SHIPPING

Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination country. We are not responsible for delays caused by:

• Customs processes
• Shipping carriers
• Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Once an order has been handed to the carrier, the address cannot be changed.
